I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades. I made a 7:30 AM appt and was first in line. My truck was finished very quickly. I drove to work and half way to Robinson, my tire light came on. The system could not read the right front tire. I did not have time to go back to the dealer until Thursday before my trip to New Jersey. I called and spoke with Jim. He immediately apologized and promised to fix the issue as soon as I arrived with no wait. He was true to his word and I was happy with his response. The response made up for the mistake. Having previously calling ahead to make sure the service department was going to be open, I arrived a little after 6pm after I got off work for an oil change. I was informed that the service department does not accept drop in maintenance vehicles after 5p. However, the gentleman at the service desk called the back to see if anyone had time to fit me in and they did! I had an annual inspection for the car. While there, we decided the oil change was also needed. Front brake pads were needed and tended to. I loved the complimentary car wash at the end. My only complaint is waiting 3 hrs. to have all of the work completed. However, I do not know the answer to that problem because I do not have someone to help me drop off the car.
